We will be walking in the parade that starts at 10:30. I am attaching photos of the parade line up and where to meet. We are #58 in the parade line up.  Please meet us at the staging area at 10:00 AM which looks to be in the area of 6th St and 10th Ave.  Refer to the map below - top right on browser and first map on mobile is the staging map.

We would like to pass out some candy so we can take donations in the office until Thursday afternoon or you can bring a bag or two with you on Saturday.

If you have one, wear your Broadway T-shirt. Since the theme for the day is CB through the eras, any or our t-shirts will work. There are a few new shirts in my office available for purchase.  I will be here during office hours and for a bit on Wednesday evening if you choose to purchase a shirt.  There are youth and adult sizes and they range from $12-20. I will bring in any shirts I have that can be borrowed.

If you want to carry a poster or placard, Tim Johnson has found some historic moments through our 175 years you could display. They are in the PDF below. Just get yourself some markers and foam board, poster board or paint stick with stapled on card stock and use your creativity.

Unfortunately, we were unable to get a table/booth at Bayliss Park.  But we encourage you to go between 11:30 - 2, wear your shirts and visit the other booth venders.  Just because we do not have and "official presence" doesn't mean we can't show up and meet our neighbors and maybe even form a team for the scavenger hunt.
